Graeme Trevett

I’m an American personal trainer with a BSc in sport and exercise science and semi-professional football player. I started my fitness journey from a young age trying to get faster and stronger for football. From there, I have fallen in love with training and haven’t looked back since.

I have a great understanding of human anatomy which helps me develop effective training programs based on said goal. Ranging from overall wellbeing to athlete specific programs I cover a diverse set of goals. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I can help you reach your goals.

I am dedicated to helping you achieve your goal both physically and mentally through motivation and discipline. I am a great motivator, and my goal is to inspire you to believe you can achieve any goal of your choice. Nothing is impossible with enough hard work and dedication towards it.

I offer 1-2-1 sessions, group training, and nutritional advice. I’m very friendly so feel free to come up and have a chat with me or contact me about your goals and your free consultation.
