Hi! My name is Giorgia Gria Rey and I am a Personal Trainer and Assistant Gym Manager here at PureGym London St. Paul’s.
I have been thrown into sports and fitness when I was 4 years old and have been on and off many sports since, from skiing (the first one) to fencing, dancing, tennis, running and strength training. Fitness and sports helped me getting out of a damaged metabolic cycle, healing from anxiety, eating and body image disorders.
I am currently specializing in Corrective Exercise as well as training for the next Marathon (and Ultramarathon) season.
My goal is to empower, inspire and help you become the best, most confident and fittest version of yourself. Whether you’re challenging yourself for a sports event or want to achieve that avenger body, I’m here to offer personalised programs, nutrition advice and accountability to support you reach your goals!
