I became a PT after going on my own fitness journey. I’ve exercised all my life, dancing from a young age and going to the gym. I used to focus on cardio workouts but after having two children, I started working with a PT and fell in love with weight training. I am now the strongest and fittest I have ever been – something I never thought would be possible after having children

I understand how daunting it can be to come to the gym. I used to avoid the weights section through fear of embarrassing myself, but everyone is so supportive and friendly. As a PT, I can help you overcome any fears that you have about exercising so you feel more confident, even when you’re not with me. I know how hard it can be to fit exercise into your life so, if you struggle to make time for yourself, we can find ways to achieve your goals.
