I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2019 and have gained experience at Virgin Active, both teaching classes and working with individual clients. As well as being an advocate of positive encouragement, I am passionate about improving your strength and exercise technique through unique training methods. Including TRX, weights, functional fitness and core conditioning.

For me it's more than personal training; my mission is to boost your body confidence, challenge your body and make you feel strong. Whatever the goal, I want to provide ongoing support and guide you through workouts you both enjoy and can sustain in the long run.
