Emma White

My journey started back in 2014 when, post 3 children, I wanted to do something fitness wise as a way of feeling more confident with my body. I was so nervous at the start, comparing myself to everyone else in the gym!

Set back came quickly in the form of a cancer diagnosis, and with both sepsis and a long chemotherapy plan, any form of training became more or less a distant memory. I gained a significant amount of weight and thus returning to the gym was even harder mentally and physically! However, faced with the choice of giving up or finding the inner strength (that I believe we all have), I just kept training and in 2020 I completed a fitness photoshoot and 2021 I won a regional body-building competition.

Based on my challenges, determination and failures, along with the learning I’ve gained from others, I am now in a place where I want to support others with their fitness journeys, whether that be with weight loss, nutrition, weight training, or general physical health.
