I’m Ellie, I’ve been a Personal Trainer since 2015. I started my own fitness journey in 2012, after losing 10kg of fat and I wanted to guide and help others with their own fitness journeys.
Since then I’ve worked with a range of people from students to politicians all having different goals from weight loss, training to compete, rehabilitation and many more.
