I'm Ella!

I've been a personal trainer for over 5 years now, helping many people with their physique, their relationship towards exercise and nutrition, and their mindset on living life to the fullest. I am also a qualified sports massage therapist with the knowledge to help people to prevent and overcome injuries. 

All my life I have been interested in sport and exercise - I love sky diving, kayaking, surfing, climbing, hiking, I captain a nuclear races team and so much more! Some people say I'm either brave or crazy, let's go with both. I don't let myself give up on anything and that's one thing you should know if you join my team.. I won't give up on you and I won't let you give up on yourself!
