My fitness journey started since watching bodybuilders like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Franco Cloumbu and Ronnie Coleman and then I knew that I wanted to change my physique to be a part of the fitness world and hopefully compete in a bodybuilder show one day. Since I began training five years ago simply to lose weight, I have learnt how to build lean muscle, strength, lose body fat, be more body confidence, learning different training styles for example hypertrophy, muscular endurance, HIIT training, etc and to believe in myself more.

The reason why I became a Personal Trainer is because I always wanted to help people on how to train properly, to give them the right advice on what particular training/style of workout they have to do for certain goals, to help them achieve their goals, to help give them motivation during their workout/ feel comfortable during their workout and to help people adapt to a healthier lifestyle/fitness in their life’s.

The reason why I believe people should train with me is because I have the knowledge to help someone improve themselves or achieve their goals, I love to motivate people. I have the experience to help someone achieve their goals as I have been through it myself losing weight and building muscle for example.
