Hi there, I' Daniel,

I have worked in the fitness industry for over 2 years and enjoy seeing the positive impact exercising can have on people's lives, both physically and mentally. 

With a fascination of functional fitness, mobility and muscle flexibility, I base my training on correcting and encouraging good posture for longevity, as well as good cardio for health.

I believe any goal no matter how big or small can be achieved using these principles with realistic steps and programmed specific targets. Adjusting intensity to suit your needs and goals to allow continual progression.
