Clare Mensah
I developed an interest in the gym after discovering a shoulder injury and quickly learned how important fitness is to overall health and wellbeing. I am an ex secondary school teacher, passionate about helping others and changing lives.
I have transitioned to Personal Training for an active working role that allows me to draw from my teaching experience for clients. I enjoy helping beginners, those struggling with mobility and/or weight loss. I am enthusiastic about form to allow for efficient movement and try to offer challenge in my training programs without being too intense.
Along my fitness journey, I learned that I was not able to train as rigorously with age. As a result, I personally do full body sessions to reduce intensity all round and speed up recovery. This shift has made such a difference to me!
