Chloe Hulett

I recently got a bachelor’s degree in BSc(H) Sport and Exercise Science and now, I am studying for a Masters in Sport and Exercise Nutrition. Completing my Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Advanced Personal Training qualifications alongside my degree was a goal of mine that I was able to achieve.

Being active from a young age, from playing football, netball, cricket, rugby, and rounders to doing gymnastics, sprinting and even horse riding, my athletic ability has a huge range and I have gained an understanding of different sports.

Training for around 3-4 years has allowed me to grow my own knowledge within the gym and learn from my own mistakes. Struggling with gym anxiety and negative eating habits in the past has allowed me to overcome such challenges, to build and develop ways to help others overpower their own challenges mentally or physically.

Motivation, consistency, and discipline helps to keep a balanced fitness routine. No matter the goal, whether it is weight loss, weight gain, muscle growth, improving athletic ability, or even just for enjoyment. Support and guidance are essential!
