Callum Serls

I am a fitness lover who enjoys lifting weights and training people to do the same. Since qualifying as a Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2017, I have trained a wide range of clients in both a 1-2-1 setting and Bootcamp/circuit groups.

Training for me is about more than just the physical changes and what we see on the outside day in and day out; it’s about the mental adaptations that occur, and for me, there’s nothing better than seeing clients who struggled with this at the start, demonstrating a progression in both confidence and motivation levels when training and in everyday life.

When thinking of what SERLS PT stands for, it came to me pretty easily; use it as an acronym! Strength and Endurance relating to types of training. Repetition and Learning refer to the consistency and education of training, with Success being the result when putting all these areas together.
