My fitness journey started from a young age participating in a variety of sports. In 2021, after many months of not exercising and eating what I wanted, I decided to make the big step in joining Pure Gym.

At the time I started going but had no real understanding of what exercises to do. With limited knowledge or experience in the gym, I decided to enquire about working with a personal trainer and that turned out to be the best decision of my life.

This decision gave me the motivation to become a personal trainer myself. The 1-1 experience of understanding how a PT operates with a client made me feel like this was the perfect job for me. On this adventure, I'd like to help clients reach their own individual physical and health goals.

With constant support via face-to- face interaction and having a client specific programme to cater your goals, I believe that you can exceed your own expectations through hard work and dedication.
