Angus McDonald

I started my fitness journey in 2016 and it has become a huge part of my life. Fitness has helped me develop my self-confidence and show me that what I achieve within the gym can be applied to my goals outside of the gym. 

I have had many fitness goals throughout my career which has led me to completing 2 marathons, 1 half marathon and achieving strength-based goals inside the gym, as well as mental and personal goals outside of the gym.

I believe physical health and mental health go hand in hand and one can greatly benefit the other.
