Hey there! I’ve been with Puregym since 2015 and have been so privileged to work with and help so many amazing clients of all different backgrounds and abilities. From my own personal fitness background, I pride myself on the versatility and challenges of different sports I’ve trained in. From football, rugby and basketball, to parkour, Muay Thai kickboxing, martial arts and gymnastics, all of which offer many different qualities and disciplines both physically and mentally, which I pride myself on bringing to my training styles.
