I’m here to help you to find ways to overcome these obstacles, just like I did. Your ways won’t be my ways, but that’s why it’s called ‘Personal’ Training. Together we will find ways that work for you taking into account whatever you have going on in your life outside of the gym and the kitchen. I love helping people to see that whatever their age, circumstances and current fitness levels, with a bit of help they can find their own sustainable ways to become their fittest, most confident, best self.

I was never sporty in school. I was the skinny kid who lacked body confidence, which carried over into adult life. Later, a demanding job with long hours and lots of travel, plus family and social demands made it hard to find time for myself. However, I realised that if I didn’t take action then I couldn’t expect things to change...and so I started to make time for the gym.

As I started to see results, not only did my health and fitness improve, but my confidence and self image rocketed. Such was the impact that I stepped away from a successful career in order to help other people achieve their own change. Together, let’s start to figure out what your change might look like.
