Alex Walker

As a fitness enthusiast, sports and fitness is a part of my daily routine. I'm an acrobatic athlete and stunt trainee so I understand how important fitness and strength training is.

In order to keep my training sessions interesting I add gymnastics and parkour to my training programs. It's been 8 years since I started strength and weight training which has allowed me to sculpt a physique and increase my confidence.  

Going to the gym is a commitment, a lifestyle, which brings discipline to my life, it has been a changing factor in my personal life that's helped me with my overall well being 

Speaking as someone that has had an rocky relation with fitness. I can't emphasise the positive effects it's had on my mental and physical health and now I want to share these effects directly with you.
