With over 20 years' experience, I can offer the knowledge and ability to teach you proper form and function when it comes to exercise. I am able to tap into my client's mental and emotional needs, much like a psychologist. The ability to people-read, lead, and motivate should be high on your priority list when choosing a trainer because your trainer's ability to do these things will only increase your motivation and improve results.

2) Periodisation and Programme Design

It takes education, thought, proper assessment of a client, experience, and a slew of other variables. This is important for progression. I have all the education, knowledge and experience to organise your programme accordingly.

3) Nutritional Advice and Goal Setting

As an experienced and educated trainer, I can help you decide what food to choose in a variety of settings, as well as how to figure out your personal nutritional needs. I can help to customise your personal goals and align them with your lifestyle, something that the general population may have a very hard time doing by themselves.

4) You Don't Know Your Own Body

As an experienced PT, I am not only in tune with my own body, but I have real works experience with all different body types. If I don't immediately know what works for you, I will shortly find out what changes to make to your training and diet to push you forward in reaching your goals.
