I am a fully qualified Level 2 and Level 3 personal trainer who has had a lifelong interest in health, fitness and wellbeing.

With growing older, I have found ever increasing benefits working on my own personal fitness and wellbeing. My goal is to share that experience with others. 


My passion is to help clients meet their own goals, whether this is to make incremental improvements or life changing. Working with clients, we set achievable goals together and deliver them.


I specialise in injury prevention, weight loss, muscle tone and development, strength and conditioning, nutrition guidance and body confidence.
