Zach has worked in the fitness industry for three years and has a strong interest in sport. He specialise in Sports Specific Training, especially for tennis, football, endurance sports & athletics. He's competed at a strong level in various disciplines during his life and has completed Half Marathons as well as a Marathon & a Triathlon.

He is currently training to run 100 miles around the Isle of Man next spring in aid of the British Heart Foundation.
