Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor
Ryan is a Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor at PureGym Manchester First Street.
"I used to find fitness intimidating as my only experience of it was through athletes, like the Olympics or football. I completed a BA in Contemporary Dance and Ballet and went on to dance in London, and that was my gateway into the world of fitness.
I began to enjoy functional training and weight lifting and qualified as a Personal Trainer. Aince then my journey has continued to evolve into a passion for moving and I've completed a 200hr Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher training in Bali.
My mentality and ethos stems from my years as a qualified dance teacher. I believe that empowerment comes from education. My approach is to educate and deliver who quality classes and 1-2-1 sessions, making sure you come away with a knew piece of knowledge you can apply to you own training and development."
