Strength & Conditioning Coach

Ben is a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Assistant Gym Manager at PureGym Chatham. In addition to his Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, Ben has a BSc (Hons) in Strength & Conditioning, giving him the expertise needed to help clients achieve their goals. 

Ben also competes in junior bodybuilding and is passionate about all things fitness, training, and nutrition.
