As an overweight teenager I’ve been through all the popular diets and trends, never finding a way that can get and KEEP me fit. That’s why I dedicated myself to learn how to get fit in a sustainable way, training to get strong not skinny and finding balance with nutrition. I have been training clients for over 5 years now and let me tell you: there is nothing I haven’t seen before, it’s never too late to reach your goals wherever you are in your fitness journey right now.
