As soon as I graduated from Brunel, I became a PT. My diploma combined with my PT Qualifications has equipped me with all the knowledge and skills I need to help you reach your full potential when it comes to fitness and raise your awareness on the importance of good nutrition. I’m naturally an active person who takes pride in helping others, so the role as a PT fits perfectly with my personal values. I’ve always encouraged my family, friends, and those around me to make healthier life choices and motivated them to become more active. Witnessing the positive effects my advice had on their lifestyle and general well-being highlighted to me that this was definitely something I wanted to continue to pursue. My main goal as a PT is to obtain a comprehensive understanding of my client’s goals to assist them to successfully achieve their targets. Together we’ll come up with a system which works best for you and create a fun environment for you to put it into action. Sometimes in life we all need that extra bit of support from someone else and there’s nothing wrong with that. Always remember, change occurs outside of your comfort zone. Coaching helps you let go of what others think, take responsibility, and create the life that you want and deserve.
