William Awere

William Awere spent his teenage years as an athlete before qualifying as an athletics coach. It was during these years he developed his passion for health and fitness.

 

His continued ambition to excel drove him to pursue a career in Personal Training. After qualifying as a Personal Trainer in 2012 he immediately began working at Pure Gym where he has since been improving the lives of others for over a decade.

William is greatly experienced in helping those with both long and short term goals and his vast portfolio demonstrates his ability to work with clients of different ages, abilities, and fitness levels.

 

Based on his client's needs, he use a mixture of exercise methods such as weight lifting, cardiovascular training, and mobility/flexibility drills to build power, robustness, endurance, and functional range of motion.

William continually seeks to expand his knowledge about physical performance and the human body. . William has a mission is to deliver real results through effective programming that is always backed up by the most up-to-date, science-based
