Starting at the age of 13, I've developed an infatuation for exercise, and high energy moving, with the sole purpose of developing a great physique whilst improving my health of course. I'm a Fully Qualified, insured and first aid trained Fitness instructor/Personal Trainer and part-time casual athlete. I hold knowledge in nutrition, dieting, strength and conditioning with plyometrics and counseling, who is undergoing continued education to further his knowledge.
