After a really tough time in life a few years ago I was persuaded to take part in a fitness class. I was hooked straight away and it really helped me through, making me both physically and mentally stronger. I have since gone on to qualify as a Personal Training Practitioner, Boxercise Instructor and MetaPWR Instructor.

 

I now specialise in weight loss, body toning, core strength and back stability, cardio, and functional training, as well as confidence building, something I know all about, having struggled with that myself in the past.

 

Becoming more active has been a real life changer for me, both in mind and body and I cannot recommend it highly enough. When life gets tough it can be hard to pick yourself back up again, but l if I can do it, anyone can. So let me help you - train with me and start enjoying those same benefits today!
