My aim within the fitness industry is to promote positive mental health! I have relevant qualifications within this area by studying them at University and this is my sole passion in life! I believe the way to a positive mind, is a positive lifestyle which includes good food, good routine, good overall fitness and this can create a great mentality! I have In-depth knowledge and experience of mental health conditions and what it’s like to live with them daily.
