When it comes to body confidence and transformation and living a healthy lifestyle, I am your training partner. Having gone through my own personal fitness journey, I can fully understand how difficult it might feel to Achieve Realistic Targets, what I call the ART of fitness!

A few years ago I started taking my health more seriously, making better decisions to make sure that I look after my health the best I can. This included working out; whether it would be playing various sports, working out at the gym or taking up boxing, as well as making healthier nutritional choices.

I have studied and played sports for most of my life. I have a National Diploma in Sports which allows me to understand the body from nutritional diets down to injury prevention.

I know the start of a healthier lifestyle journey can seem daunting. Whether you are looking to lose weight, strengthen your body or would like to learn how to box, I would like to help you achieve your goals. I believe that dedication, determination and discipline are key to achieving your fitness goals as well as it being about your mind, body and soul. Let’s get started!
