Hi there! I’m Sunny. My aim as a Personal Trainer is to help you to achieve your goals, whether it's to lose body fat, build muscle or just to get fitter. This can be attained through hard work, knowledge and commitment.
Sports, as well as health and fitness, have been a focal point of my life since childhood, from school, college, university and now as a Personal Trainer. Having a degree in Psychology and Sports Education has taught me that mental health is just as important as physical health and that motivation is a key ingredient for success when it comes to attaining your goals.
I enjoy keeping fit, participating in a variety of sports including; football, badminton, tennis and table tennis, as well as coaching football to children of all ages.
