Fitness has been an important part of my life for the past 20 years. From competing in a range of sports competitions as a young child to spending years in the gym training myself. My love and passion for the gym lead me to become a personal trainer and it's honestly the best decision I've ever made.
Most importantly I'm a mum of 3. This means I have had first hand experience of how much the body can be transformed.
