I’m a level 3 personal trainer - I began my fitness journey after a serious car crash which meant I had to relearn to walk again.
Having to start completely from scratch with exercise - I know how daunting and overwhelming it can be, but you can achieve anything you put your mind too.
Through my rehab I learnt for myself just how important the relationship between physical and mental health is.
After graduating with a Psychology degree from university and recovering from an eating disorder - it has shown me just how toxic the fitness industry can be.
This motivated me to build my business around abolishing fad diets, over exercising and instead focus on strength building, improving how you fuel your body & feeling confident/ sexy in your own skin.
