I have worked in the fitness industry since 2011, helping a wide-ranging clientele achieve their goals. I am a fun-loving trainer who loves to make tedious work-out sessions more fun.
I specialise in Muay Thai boxing which is great for strength and conditioning and also perfect if you are looking to lose fat as quickly as possible. No prior boxing experience isneeded. This is one way that we can turn your average session into an exciting work-out which will not feel like exercise and allow you to learn basic self-defence techniques in the process.
