Fitness isn't just about whats on the scales, there's much more to it than that. For me fitness is about finding balance...which means incorporating healthy lifestyle habits but still enjoying yourself and doing the things you love.

The connection between nutrition, fitness and wellness came around for myself back in 2016 once I had my daughter. Before this nutrition was not a priority in my life and a lack of exercise had never really impacted me. Before pregnancy I was size 4 and weighed 43kg, 9 months later i was size 14 weighing 76kg. Because of how much my body changed during and after pregnancy I really struggled and this had a knock on effect with my mental health. Five years later I am certified in pre and postnatal exercise and specialize in how exercise can positively impact your mental and physical health

I want to use my experience to help clients improve all aspects of their life and have fun while doing so!
