Hi, Im Shannon and I've been a fitness enthusiast for as long as I can remember. After being involved with Gymnastics for many years, I turned to Cheerleading in which I've been part of for the last 6 years.
I aim to help people achieve their goals and have a healthy relationship with fitness and nutrition through a structured program and promoting positivity. I believe in loving yourself for who you are - there is so much more to you than you think. Dont be hard on yourself, dont compare yourself to others, just be you.
