Hi there, I’m Shadz, a qualified PT and fitness instructor, specialising in weight loss, muscle gain, toning, strength & conditioning and HIIT.

We will also work on your body goals, targeting specific areas that you want to work on, so you can see your body visibly transform and your strength increase.
