My fitness journey started around 7 years ago in group exercise classes and I soon fell in love with free weights. I wasn’t confident enough to work out on the gym floor but I’ve overcome confidence issues and an eating disorder. So Trust me I know how difficult and overwhelming it can be.
Right now, I am working with a big number of online and personal clients with many different fitness levels and goals, helping them to gain confidence on the gym floor, get stronger and healthier whilst building muscle and get leaner.
I also teach my clients how to gain healthier nutrition habits and diet without a “hunger strike “ or extreme restrictions.
I have had a large number of clients with great results. I would say “I coach my clients throughout their journey” rather than just turn up for the session and help with their forms. Which allows them to achieve their goals in a very enjoyable and motivating way.
