 I have 6 years of coaching experience here, helping busy professionals (mostly men, but not exclusive to) who start with little confidence, lack of knowledge on what to do and how to do exercises correctly or just aren’t seeing the results they want.


Just like them, I can help you to build muscle and get stronger, drop any unwanted bodyfat to bring out the muscle definition, and get you into the best shape of your life! Alongside this, becoming fitter, developing a stronger mindset, becoming confident in your own body, fitting comfortably into your clothes and feeling amazing with the way you look!


I’ve been training and further educating myself for 10 years now. In the past I competed in and won men’s physique competitions, so I know what it takes to really challenge yourself physically and mentally, pushing boundaries of what you think capable to get into incredible shape.

Now, as a husband, a father and busy professional, I understand the need of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, making your exercise routine and nutrition a sustainable part of your life around family and a busy work schedule.  


My coaching is based around teaching you how to lift weights safely with optimal technique and targeting specific muscles properly.  So you’ll learn how to set up and perform exercises correctly, building your gym confidence and knowledge in the process, fast-tracking your progress!


You’ll get a structured program tailored to you, that you can follow and track on my app so you know exactly what to do in the gym. With regular check in’s outside of sessions for accountability, support and to help keep you on track. You’ll also become part of my ACTin Fitness team, joining other clients just like you and have your own client resource hub, packed full of support material and videos to help you get you the best possible results!
