Hi, I’m Scott.
My fitness journey began five years ago when I first joined the gym and began lifting weights. I was studying for a degree at university which did not make me happy. My passion was going to the gym, eating healthy, changing my body and gaining more confidence in myself. The gym became a lifestyle which prompted me to pursue a career in personal training.
Losing weight doesn’t have to be strict dieting and intense cardio. As a personal trainer, I will help guide you so that you will look forward to your workouts and understand that you can eat what you want in moderation. Even if you live a hectic lifestyle, you will reap the benefits of training with me and we will transform the way you view fitness. The first step is the hardest but once training becomes a hobby and no longer a chore, you will begin to feel more comfortable in your own body.
