When I first joined the gym the weights section used to scare me. I didn’t feel confident enough to lift so I just stayed in my comfort zone.

After long enough without seeing the results I wanted, I decided to throw myself into the deep end and start resistance/weight training. This was the point where I really started to see some great results. The confidence I gained during this period of time changed my outlook completely. I believe we thrive working outside of our comfort zones, so my aim is to support you in doing so. I want to work with you, as a team, to create and execute a workout plan that will aid you to achieve your fitness goals.

I became a personal trainer so I can motivate others and promote positive lifestyle changes. I am a firm believer in the phrase ‘’health is wealth’’ and the fact fitness is not just about the physical side, it is also beneficial for our mental health as well.
