I am Sam Woollard and I have five years' experience under my belt working with all ages and fitness levels as well as undergoing my own fitness journey from the age of 15.
My sole purpose is to ensure that my clients achieve their fitness goals using the vast array of tools I have acquired over the years with great success. I will share my knowledge as well as help eliminate some of the fitness myths flying around the industry.
I will offer sound nutrition advice which will help you make the right food choices and build flexibility into your diet.
I specialise in fat loss and body composition using a mixture of free weights, resistance machines, high intensity training and circuit-based work-outs which will be fun and varied.
