Sam Hunt

Hello! Feel free to call me Sam. I am a qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor. I’m excited to share my knowledge and experience with you! In the past my fitness has revolved around rugby and in more recent years sailing. Functional fitness is a huge passion of mine and has been for the last 5 years. This is due to the many physical and mental benefits it provides. This has been further developed by training for and competing in fitness races.

In the past I have worked in healthcare alongside many professionals such as doctors and physiotherapists. Working in these environments I have learnt the importance of exercise and nutrition on physical health as well as emotional well being and health. These experiences have inspired me to implement physical exercise to enhance quality of life through physical, nutritional and postural excellence.
