Sam Curling

Whether you have long or short-term aims, you can achieve them and even exceed them with someone beside you all the way. By nurturing and building upon your own skills, I will offer you support, encouragement and motivation.

Offering a wealth of experience and qualifications, I use my Sports Science degree to achieve superior results by engaging modern scientific theory and research. Uniquely, I am also a Chartered Physiotherapist, so we will minimise the risk of injury and take care of pre-existing conditions.

I have a very adaptable training style to suit my clients’ vast array of goals and I endeavour to make your training sessions something to savour.

I am currently studying a form of Pilates specifically for Physiotherapists, ideal for the treatment of chronic and acute spinal pain (i.e. lower back or neck) or even developing a deeper core strength for those with no injuries. I have also applied to begin an MSc this summer.

Contact me today and enjoy the peace of mind that you are in safe hands.

Physiotherapy and Sports Massage sessions also available on request.
