Fitness has always played an important role in my life. I have played volleyball for many years and now one of my passions is long distance running. My second passion is to learn new languages, I currently speak English, Spanish, Italian, Russian and Latvian (Native Language).
As a fitness professional I know changes can be scary, but what is even more petrifying is to wake up 10 years later and realise nothing has changed. My biggest motivation is to see people achieving their goals regardless of life’s challenges.
Fitness is not just about looks, it is about how it makes you feel. Fitness and Training helps to strengthen both our body and minds; keeping healthy and appreciating what we are capable of in the process.
