My name is Ramees. I'm a personal trainer who is interested in sports performance and group training. As you can probably tell from the photos, I love going to the gym. I enjoy taking and participating in classes, assisting members with exercises and equipment, and, most importantly, encouraging others to have fun.
My training experience has primarily been in sports coaching, with a focus on speed, agility, and quickness training methods. These methods are still used with some clients, depending on their fitness goals. I also specialise in knee rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and weight loss.
My goal is to help clients understand the vast range of mobility and bodyweight movements available to them. I believe that increasing our time under tension initially through bodyweight movements can improve our performance exponentially. My clients have achieved great success in their running goals, changes in physique and strength, improved muscular endurance, and, most importantly, confidence in their abilities by pursuing this approach.
