Hi I'm Phil. I have always had a passion for fitness, coming from a sporting background in athletics and football i understand the importance of keeping fit to improve our daily lives.

 

Since becoming a father of two I have had to adapt my training plans due to time constraints, I know how busy we can be but prioritising at least 45 minutes a day 3-4 times a week is key!

 

My goal as a PT is to help, guide and ensure clients that whatever the struggles, goals can be hit. Do not hesitate to get in touch to kick start your fitness journey.
