Hi I'm Paul

I've been training and coaching in gyms for over 20 years. Over that time i have explored many different types of training such as powerlifting, bodybuilding and various forms of sports specific training. i am currently a competitive Brazilian Jiu-jitsu purple belt, so I am used to achieving weight loss goals to make weight for competition and using my knowledge to stay fighting fit and injury free.

My style of training is pretty dynamic based on what i feel works best for my clients to achieve their goals. This means preparing a style and intensity of exercise that most suits their goals , whether it be strength and conditioning, weight loss or overall fitness. I will both help my clients achieve their goals and challenge them to push beyond their limits.
