Hey, I’m Otis.
After a youth of sport, being surrounded by club rugby and cricket, I had developed a love for activity by my teenage years. When lock down struck, it left me with few options to keep up my fitness and so I turned to weight training at 16.
The physical and mental benefits that I gained via weightlifting changed my ideas and desire and since then, my head has been set on helping others achieve physical and mental goals.
My training follows a research-based, muscle-building approach that concentrates on perfecting simplicity which will provide you with the needs to progress exponentially.
Us trainers may look intimidating at times but we’re humans too, and nice ones at that! If you ever see me about, come and have a chat about anything and if you have goals to reach, we can do that as a team.
