Hi, I’m Nick.
I believe that movement is life, and when paired with good habits, we can reach wonders.
I love helping beginners, especially those who are struggling to find motivation, trying to change habits and/or who do not know where to start. However, my expertise is not limited to this as I love to help a broad variety of people.

My aim is to help you change your focus from your “end goal” to the “process”. This is to ensure we find something that is enjoyable, sustainable, and most importantly, what works for you. You can then surpass your goal, and turn it into your lifestyle, while staying safe and pain free, and this will make you thrive in life.

I am from Mauritius and moved to the UK back in 2012. Before starting in the fitness industry, I was an engineer, and have spent years developing my analytical mind and my attention to detail.
From Structural engineer to your lifestyle engineer.


I have a great thirst to learn and develop as a life coach and PT and make the promise to apply the science and knowledge I have acquired to help you in your journey.
