I enjoy exercise so becoming a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist in 2007 was my dream job. My main goal as a Trainer is to ensure you enjoy working with me. I want to take working out off your ‘to do’ list and make it a part of your daily life. Consistency is key. I believe in finding the best approach for you, keeping exercise fun yet attainable. I also want to show you that with great support, motivation and smart training you can achieve anything.
